Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and general ledger tasks under supervision.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices.
- Organize and file physical and digital financial documents.
- Support the senior accounting team with month-end close processes.
- Learn and utilize industry-standard accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable computer and internet access.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
