Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and budget tracking
- Organize and file financial documents securely
- Support tax preparation processes during peak seasons
- Communicate financial updates to department heads
- Adhere to GAAP compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
