- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support tax preparation documentation and compliance
- Communicate with clients regarding financial transactions
- Implement organizational systems for financial documents
- Learn and apply GAAP principles under supervision
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
