Responsibilities

- Assist with monthly financial reporting and payroll support
- Enter data into QuickBooks with precision and attention to detail
- Support tax preparation documentation and compliance tasks
- Communicate financial updates to clients and team members
- Implement organizational systems for digital and physical records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- QuickBooks familiarity (training provided for motivated candidates)
