Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and payroll preparation
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial documents
- Support tax preparation by organizing records and schedules
- Learn and implement QuickBooks accounting software protocols
- Conduct regular audits of financial transactions for accuracy
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
