Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and report preparation
- Support tax documentation and compliance requirements
- Communicate financial data clearly to team members and clients
- Continuously develop bookkeeping skills through training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
