Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and bank reconciliations
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation for corporate clients
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Contribute to internal audits and SOX compliance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Document accounting processes and update procedural manuals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks/SAP software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive learner with ability to adapt to changing financial landscapes
- Eligibility to sit for CPA exam within 1-2 years
