Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and report preparation
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation
- Learn and utilize QuickBooks for daily bookkeeping tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic office software
