Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation preparation
- Communicate financial updates clearly to clients and team members
- Implement organizational systems for digital and paper records
- Continuously develop accounting knowledge through training programs
Qualifications
- No prior bookkeeping experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks (training provided)
