Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and monthly trial balances.
- Process payroll data and maintain employee records.
- Organize and file financial documents and invoices accurately.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- U.S. work authorization required.
