Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes under supervision.
- Process payroll information and prepare basic financial reports.
- Organize and file financial documents and invoices efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax documents.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior professional experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g., debit/credit, general ledger).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
