Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Process and code invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding financial inquiries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Willingness to learn and utilize accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred but not required).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
