Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and payroll support
- Organize and categorize transactions for tax preparation
- Support audit processes by providing documentation
- Collaborate with senior team on financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- Basic proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- 1+ year of bookkeeping or internship experience preferred
