As an Entry Level Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial health and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Process payroll information and maintain employee time records.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor invoices.
- Assist in the annual audit preparation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
