Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and monthly close.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Update and maintain employee payroll records.
- Assist senior accountants with tax preparation and audits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior bookkeeping experience is necessary; we train the right candidates.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
