Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts with internal records to ensure accuracy.
- Process invoices, ensure timely payments, and track outstanding balances.
- Maintain organized financial records and prepare monthly reports for management review.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation under supervision.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to input and categorize financial data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently while adhering to company policies and deadlines.
