Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation support.
- Manage and update financial ledgers and spreadsheets using accounting software.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
- Assist with general office administration and document filing.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding invoices and payments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
