Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and financial record-keeping.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding account status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior bookkeeping experience is necessary; training is provided.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
