- Prepare basic financial reports and support month-end close procedures.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries.
- Utilize accounting software (training provided) to track financial data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Must be a quick learner and willing to obtain relevant certifications.
