Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Process payroll and employee expense reports
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Assist with tax document preparation and filing
- Utilize QuickBooks for transaction recording
- Conduct bank account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
