Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks) for daily tasks
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial matters
Qualifications
- No prior bookkeeping experience required – we train!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
