Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and basic financial reporting.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and support payroll functions.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to track and categorize financial data.
- Organize and file physical and digital financial documents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial software is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
