Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and record keeping.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable entries accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as payroll assistance and expense tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic math skills and understanding of financial terminology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new accounting software quickly.
