What You’ll Do:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile credit card statements and employee expense reports.
- Support the payroll process by verifying time sheets and data entry.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
Who We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or finance role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and terminology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
