Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Process payroll entries and assist with basic tax preparation documentation.
- Reconcile credit card statements and review employee expense reports.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) to input and track financial data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new accounting software and financial regulations.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
