- Manage general ledger entries and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and account maintenance
- Support tax preparation documentation and compliance tasks
- Track and categorize expenses with attention to detail
- Communicate financial status updates to senior accountants
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant certification (preferred)
- 0-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
