Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor invoicing
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and transaction logging
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial records
- Process payroll and assist with tax document preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis
- Communicate financial updates to clients and team members
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Basic proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to pursue QuickBooks certification
