Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve billing inquiries and process payments.
- Support the accounting team during the month-end close process.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to update and maintain financial records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in number crunching.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting software and procedures.
