Responsibilities
- Accurately record daily transactions and maintain general ledger accounts
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare monthly financial reports including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
