Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and reports
- Support tax preparation and audit documentation
- Monitor client budgets and expense tracking
- Communicate financial status to senior accountants
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid Nevada driver's license (client visits required)
