Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in all financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and monthly statements.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial documentation.
- Assist with tax preparation and filing support.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
