Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and transaction verification
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor communications
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support tax preparation activities and document organization
- Monitor cash flow and identify discrepancies
- Adhere to GAAP compliance and internal controls
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
