Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor invoices
- Assist with monthly/quarterly financial reporting and tax preparation
- Enter and verify financial data using QuickBooks Online
- Support audits by providing documentation and transaction records
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial summaries for clients
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal control protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional client visits
