Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy in data entry and coding.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation.
- Support the finance team with general ledger maintenance and ad-hoc reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (training provided).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
