Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and report preparation
- Support tax documentation preparation for CPA review
- Learn and apply QuickBooks accounting software best practices
- Communicate professionally with clients and vendors regarding financial matters
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn accounting software (QuickBooks training provided)
