Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation
- Manage client/vendor account inquiries
- Implement QuickBooks software for daily operations
- Perform bank account reconciliations monthly
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial data
