Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry and transaction reconciliation
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks training provided)
- Communicate with clients regarding financial documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Zero experience required – we train all new hires!
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with financial data
- Willingness to pursue QuickBooks certification
