Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Process payroll accurately and on a weekly basis for all employees.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure financial records are up-to-date.
- Assist with quarterly and annual tax preparation and filings.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor invoices with precision.
- Utilize accounting software to generate reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with payroll processing and tax preparation is a plus.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to meet weekly payroll deadlines.
