Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions weekly
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Manage client communication for financial inquiries
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for daily bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting internship experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data
