Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Assist with monthly and quarterly closing procedures
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Support tax preparation and documentation efforts
- Implement internal controls for financial processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
