Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and transaction logs
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable using QuickBooks Online
- Assist with payroll processing and tax form preparation
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (accounting degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Basic understanding of double-entry accounting principles
