Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank/credit card statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor invoicing
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks software for daily bookkeeping operations
- Perform data entry and ensure financial data integrity
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and bookkeeping fundamentals
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling
