Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor/client invoicing cycles
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Support tax compliance activities including document organization and data entry
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for daily transaction recording and reporting
- Perform data entry with zero-error tolerance for financial records
- Collaborate with CPA firm during quarterly reviews and annual audits
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and accounting cycles
- High school diploma or GED required with 1+ years admin/finance experience
- Exceptional attention to detail with 10-key calculator accuracy
- Ability to manage confidential financial information with discretion
- Strong written communication skills for client interaction support
- Authorized to work in the United States
