Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and reconcile bank accounts
- Process accounts payable and receivable with accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records using QuickBooks
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports
- Perform data entry and ensure data integrity across systems
- Support month-end closing procedures and audits
- Communicate financial updates to team members and clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and bookkeeping concepts
