Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Manage digital filing systems for financial documentation
- Support tax preparation processes and compliance documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks for transaction recording and account maintenance
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis projects
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial data integrity
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Understanding of GAAP principles and basic accounting cycles
