- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports with precision
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks and accounting software for data entry and reporting
- Communicate with clients regarding financial documentation and inquiries
- Support tax preparation activities and document management
- Adhere to GAAP standards and company financial policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in accounting/finance preferred
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- QuickBooks knowledge or willingness to learn proprietary software
