Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconcile bank accounts
- Process payroll and assist with monthly financial reporting
- Organize and file financial documents with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist in preparing tax documents and financial statements
- Utilize QuickBooks software for bookkeeping tasks
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and payment inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Strong numerical accuracy and organizational skills
- Ability to learn accounting software (QuickBooks training provided)
