Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing process.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records and documents.
- Prepare basic financial reports and invoices.
- Process payroll data and tax filings under supervision.
- Identify and correct discrepancies in financial data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting terminology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
