- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with supporting documentation
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions within QuickBooks
- Prepare monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations
- Assist with payroll processing and tax form preparation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Support month-end closing procedures and audits
- Communicate financial insights to clients and senior accountants
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1+ years of bookkeeping experience or internship
