Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Process payroll data and maintain accurate employee records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and analysis
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and payment inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- No prior bookkeeping experience necessary – training provided!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
